pushed in in back, lifted up in front w/ core delam

once the outer lams were cut, the whole thing just fell out

all slathered with filled Epoxy, re-assembled, and clamped to stay aligned properly

clamps removed

original bottom lams feathered out to accommodate new Carbon (original has (1) layer of Carbon, the rest is fiberglass in tinted resin...)

new lams applied, duplicating the original - just without the tint :)

new laminations feathered out

fairing compound applied and most of it sanded off again; primer applied and most of it sanded off again

painted w/ LP, feathered out and rubbed out with a Purple Pad
