Disaster - what a heartbreak!
Another Jumper
This totally gorgeous
Surftech Hamilton veneer board fell from the rafters onto concrete |
Veneer annihilated, inner
glass crushed and jammed into core |
All internal loose stuff
removed, core faired & glassed, new bottom veneer being vacuum-bagged |
Bottom veneer feathered
out, deck veneer vacuum-bagged and feathered out |
New veneer glassed over |
Outer glass faired and
sanding-coated, design painted with Acrylic paints |
Sanding-coated again,
sanded, finish-coated, wet-sanded w/ 220, 400, 600 and 1200 grit, then polished |
which side was it again? |
